No. There is no registration and no membership. Open a course and the first lesson starts.
Is Meditation 101 really free?
Yes, completely. The longer programs carry a suggested contribution, and you are welcome to begin at no cost.
My progress disappeared. Why?
Lesson progress is stored by your own browser. Switching browsers or clearing site data will reset it.
When is the next retreat?
